Attention: High School student athletes
Athletes please arrive by 10:30am
We are holding our morning sports clinics again at our Vista Del Sol location.
- Students must be referred by their high school athletic trainer
- We treat high school athletes with acute injuries
- Parent/guardian is required to accompany athlete for consent to treatment
- All inclusive services will be processed through athletes insurance
What to bring
- Insurance card, such as school insurance and health insurance
- Social Security numbers
As a fully operational clinic, we can:
- Complete physical evaluations
- Take on-site X-rays
- Order medications and advanced diagnostics, such as an MRI
- Refer athletes to physical therapy
